ETNA Products, Inc. manufactures the MASTERDRAW® line of lubricants and specialty fluids used in cold forming and cold heading operations. Our MASTERDRAW® cold forming lubricants and cold heading oils assist in the cold working of metal while allowing our customers optimum die life and productivity. All of our cold forming lubricants and cold heading oils are manufactured in our NE Ohio facility to meet the industry specific needs of our clients. In addition, ETNA Products, Inc. offers custom formulations to meet exacting requirements for individual clients.

Cold Forming Lubricants and Cold Heading Oils

MASTERDRAW® B8466
A non-chlorinated, multi-purpose oil used for difficult cold forming and cold heading carbon steel, in addition to being used as the machining lubricant for the equipment.

MASTERDRAW® B230
A non-chlorinated, semi-liquid drawing compound for cold forming and cold heading ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

MASTERDRAW® B8430
A non-chlorinated oil used for cold forming and cold heading carbon steel.

MASTERDRAW® 5191
A non-chlorinated neat oil for cold extruding ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

TECHNICAL SERVICE SAMPLING PROGRAM
Our MASTERDRAW® cold forming lubricants and cold heading oils are supported by ETNA’s free technical service sampling program. Our customers use this program to evaluate their in-use lubricants and oils. Our technical service sampling program is helpful in controlling lubricants and oils to reduce overall consumption, optimize performance, and extend reservoir life.
