ETNA Products, Inc. manufactures a complete line of high-technology, specialty blanking, punching, and perforating fluids. The MASTERDRAW® and DAPHNE®* specialty lubricants are manufactured to meet the demanding specifications of our clients and their industries. ETNA Products, Inc.’s blanking, punching and perforating fluids include neat oil products, pigmented oil lubricants, water miscible fluids and solvent based products. In addition, we offer custom formulations to meet unique customer requirements and specialized processes.

Our specialty metalworking lubricants and coolants are supported by highly trained, process oriented sales engineering and technical service teams. Additionally, these  products feature a free technical service sampling program. Customers use this program to evaluate their in-use MASTERDRAW® and DAPHNE®* blanking, punching and perforating fluids. The frequency of testing depends on the customer’s requirements. Many customers have found our technical service sampling program to be helpful in controlling their fluids to reduce overall consumption, optimize performance, and to extend reservoir life.

  • DAPHNE®* OIL COAT RL55NB U

  • A transparent, dark amber solvent based fluid used for blanking, piercing and punching. Formulated with an excellent rust and corrosion inhibitor package for ferrous metals.

  • DAPHNE®* OIL COAT RL55 F-U

  • A transparent, dark amber solvent based fluid used for blanking, piercing and punching. Formulated with an excellent rust and corrosion inhibitor package for ferrous metals. No added barium.
