The Mechanical Products Division (MPD) of Etna Products, Inc. was started in 1968. MPD designs and manufactures systems to apply, maintain or to remove lubricants used on metalworking and metal forming operations. The MPD product line includes:

Recirculation Systems designed with thirty, sixty or one hundred and ten gallon capacities for the recirculation of oil based lubricants on drawing and/or forming operations

Magnetic Traps designed for use on the suction side of the pump. These Magnetic Traps remove metallic contaminants from the lubricant being recirculated and this protects the internal components of the pump. Additionally removing the metal flakes and oxides from the oil stream helps improve die life and the product finish of the metal being draw or formed. The Magnetic Trap can be sold separately or as a part of a lubricant Recirculation System.

In-Line Cleaning Boxes which are designed to remove drawing or forming lubricants from tube, rod, wire or strip.
